How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 7 days ahead during peak season (September to April). For multi-day tours and custom itineraries, 2-3 weeks notice helps ensure the best availability and pricing.
Do you offer pickup from my hotel?
Yes, all our tours include complimentary pickup and drop-off from hotels and accommodation within the Adelaide CBD. Pickups from Adelaide Airport or suburbs can be arranged for an additional fee.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before your tour receive a full refund. Cancellations 3-7 days prior receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations less than 72 hours before departure.
Are your tours suitable for children?
Many of our tours welcome families with children. The Kangaroo Island Explorer and Adelaide City Discovery are particularly popular with families. Our wine tours are designed for adults. Please contact us to discuss your family's needs.
What should I bring on a tour?
We recommend comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, a hat, and a camera. Specific requirements will be provided in your booking confirmation.
